President Tamara Davidson
Greetings and Welcome to the Sugar Land Chapter!
It is an honor and privilege to serve as the Sugar Land Chapter President. Since our chartering in 2008, the Sugar Land Chapter remains committed to leadership development by fostering the importance of service, cultural heritage, philanthropy, and civic engagement. It is my sincere goal to continually facilitate our National Jack and Jill of America, Inc. theme, “The Power to Make a Difference”. Our national theme embraces our distinguished Jack and Jill of America, Inc. legacy of serving the community through service projects and civic engagement.
The Sugar Land Chapter’s historical legacy of Strength, Unity, Grace, Ambition, and Respect seeks to cultivate a culture for our children to stimulate growth and development. During the 2015-2017 Program years our chapter’s theme is “Let Us Grow”. The mission is to provide a plethora of programs which will enhance our growth in Leadership Development, Civic Engagement, Cultural Heritage, and Community Service. We will also continue our collaboration with established businesses and local organizations to facilitate our mission of addressing the needs of the community.
In conclusion, I am looking forward to a dynamic program year striving for excellence in everything that we do in support of our National theme, “The Power to Make a Difference”, with innovative and creative programming.
Sugar Land Chapter President
